Gems update causes time (zone) mismatch #134

Updating gems as in https://github.com/NYULibraries/rooms/commit/681c338e91e6476716399906c8729317c38cf034 + https://github.com/NYULibraries/rooms/commit/dfd4b58149ab37419fea309f4f4b30494c17a194 causes time zone mismatch: confirmation email and elasticsearch display correct, reserved time, while cancellation email and front-page widget display an incorrect time displaced by several hours
