Update user message on LiDAR records #376

A few of the links have expired on the user information page for the Dublin LiDAR records, as seen on the parent record here: https://geo.nyu.edu/catalog/nyu-2451-38684

We can update these by removing the discontinued links and keeping the YouTube flyover and the DOI
