Help menu--as topMenu item #164

Nobody sees the help menu as it is now.

move it to the topMenu and call it Help

(maybe?) change the KeyBoard tooltip to an InfoScreen with a "How to Play" screen open, where other info tabs are present. Will be opened when Help gets pressed (and closing it will ALSO close the other infotabs!)

Add a "FAQ" to the info tab
