Does exactly what it says on the tin. Creates an entirely made-up programming language, decides on it's usage and characteristics, and creates a definite language guidebook for it.

Inspired by the many, many, many programming tomes that litter my office. Mostly unread apart from the really good ones.

OK although I dig this idea I'm doing something more narrative I think. I might still do this at some point, who knows
