Undecided on the tech side of things, but as a story structure i think i will be following the example agenda provided by co-operatives uk for an agm. And in these minutes of the meeting we will reveal the characters and their group, their motives, the world they exist in, their successes and failures, and plans for the future.

Welcome Confirmation of the required quorum Appointment of a Chair (if necessary) Minutes of the previous AGM Matters arising from the Minutes Presentation of the Annual Report Adoption of the Annual Report Presentation of the Accounts Adoption of the Accounts Appointment of Auditors (if any) Election of directors (or confirmation of the results if the ballot has been held beforehand) Motions to be put before the AGM Any other business Closing Remarks

Great idea! You can definitely get to the 50,000 words with a meeting easy :D

It seems so as the item on the agenda "minutes from the previous AGM" will be another text which also contains the item "minutes from the previous AGM" perhaps all the way back in time to the first ever AGM.

Well it turns out meetings are quite boring, even fictional ones. I’ll see if I can make it next year.
