Intending to produce my NaNoGenMo project in a chair in the sky over the next 6 hours.

Will be updating here.

(Unless the wifi is broken.)

Stay tuned.

We just reached 10,000 feet, meaning I can plug into a power outlet and use the inflight wifi.

On a brand new plane's maiden voyage.

Impressive network speed. Hmmm....

Some GPT-2 poems as a warm-up....

Hoping to get some initial inspiration for my project on this flight.

First from that verification pic + latest version of word.camera

Head of a person you make me aware that you are bleeding sensitive you prepare me to receive information because I am blind and so that appointments Laptop screen is on fire I have a gold umbrella and I preside over my property I live in a house with many rooms It is raining outside

Next, let's try generating a poem titled "2019"....

2019

I go down the hill with two companions, Stepping between the boughs of the oak With a thin blue flame that burns night-long Through the transparent vestments of the grass, Lifting the seed to the sky, and sowing With it the trees themselves; Nor at all, just tender and yielding To the cold and hunger-possessed wind That caves in the ruins of cities, And the scarred hems of mountains; And erect the wind To that slight delay Under the ninety-eight, A dream of the grass, a sleep At the golden latch of the mind. All this the world well knows; But not as yet. And the hollow clock Prostates it nought. Like a stopped Voice, its cadence sounds outwalled To the point of the rooted hip. The brushwood, waiting To be darked By the dark, is silent; Though the black willow Hurries on the bridge Like eggs that wriggled When the wind blows, Can never be shattered By the lightning's fist. And the order of the book Is a thing Of the past, Perceived now as a reward. Of what? Magnetic locks Restore us To the body's weight. Now, its weight Is the asked, unexpected, A crux foul of the heart. It is the breaking Of the early tailor, Smeared with the sulphur, ready To acid on the hands That serve the deadly lust. The shepherd here, Like the shepherd swain, Sees his peril plain And calls his sin By a cry of breath.

Internet has been slowing down and cutting out randomly throughout the flight... hence the lack of updates in the repo I posted earlier.

Despite this, I've been making progress on a generated novel about various "ghost flights" between defunct airports around the world. (I scraped the airport names from Wikipedia.)

Stay tuned.

Amazing! If you post a link to the source later we can consider this one complete.

Darius, the code I wrote for this is available here: https://github.com/rossgoodwin/flight359

Note there are some API calls to my GPU server on which I host models for sampling. I do not have much interest in open sourcing the model yet, to be honest.

Understandable. Congrats on completion!
