foobar.dll not loading properly #31

I was having trouble using version 1.2.4 of the Discord Rich Presence component in Foobar2000. Earlier tonight the Shovel Knight songs that I was listening to weren't being listed in my Discord Username's status, and I thought that the component wasn't functioning properly. After updating the component to the latest version (1.8), Foobar2000 then had trouble loading the Discord Rich Presence component file (foo_discord.dll). Out of the two .dll files that make the Discord Rich Presence component, foo_discord.dll was the only .dll file that Foobar2000 was able to accept, now it's rejecting that .dll file, and I don't know what is causing this issue. You can't install the rich presence DLL separately. It's a dependency of foo_discord.dll.

To fix this, remove foo_discord and drag the release zip file to the components page. NOT the separate DLLs.

No, thanks for the reply. I followed your instructions and now the Discord Rich Presence component is working! I also took some time to make codec, bitrate, and channel information appear on Discord as well...
