Phone integration #11

Fix phone problems which include:

  1. Disable zooming problem when opening modal for forms.
  2. Do proper autoscale and autocenter for drawings.
  3. Action buttons placement for phones overlaps excalidraw buttons.
  4. Cool button z index is still in front of header z index.
