Info: NOT using Nabu Casa and Everything functioning good like mDNS, SSL, Local HTTP, Remote HTTPS, etc. etc.
Running Home Assistant Core 2022.5.5, Home Assistant Supervisor 2022.05.2, Kernel version 5.10.0-13-amd64,

In the docs I read the following:
Develop (top bar) -> Actions (sidebar) -> Configure local home SDK::
Enter your testing URL for Chrome: http://<YOUR LOCAL IP>:8080/test_receiver.html
Enter your testing URL for Node: http://<YOUR LOCAL IP>:8080/test_receiver.html
Q. What do i need to do with "test_receiver.html" ?
LOCAL IP ?
Q. The IP address for Home assistant ? Or any other pc where the "test_reciever.html" is hosted?
Port 8080?
Q. Total unclear why or how this port is used.
Q. In general: Can you please do a step by step instruction, or at least some more details about this part?
