No devices returned in the Identify #2

I managed to see the identify messages. However, I don't have any devices returned from home assistant. any guidance?

I'm using manual google assistant integration rather than the home assistant cloud. Could it be the reason? or How do I enable Local SDK in Home Assistant ?
