Please include examples for other sticks based on SiLabs chips, eg CC2652RB

The CC2652RB is not a SiLabs chip, it's manufactured by Texas Instruments and isn't compatible with this tool.

Other SiLabs chips are intended to be flashed by creating a manifest file, as shown in the example.
