Change package of 2.2uF/25V from 0402 to 0805 #20

From browsing Digi-Key and LCSC, it seems that ceramic capacitors rated at 2.2uF/25V are better available and slightly cheaper in 0603 or 0805 package. We don't have any 0603 parts currently, so let's use 0805.

This affects the 2.2uF Audio capacitors C26/C27.

With that we can use the same capacitors for PoE (see #22).
