Adjust C85 to match Nichicon UCD1K470MNL1GS #40

It seems that Nichicon UCD1K470MNL1GS actually has a larger footprint than the previously used Panasonic EEE-HA1J470UP.

Since we ordered 2500 pieces from spot market, we have to adjust for it.
