CP2102N overheating issue #51

Dominik discovered that the CP2102N can heat up significantly when USB-C is not connected.

It seems that this is caused by backfeeding from VIO (which is supplied by the on-board 3.3V.

It seems that Hardkernel experienced similar issues with their USB to UART adapter: https://forum.odroid.com/viewtopic.php?t=33678

Addressed with https://github.com/NabuCasa/yellow/commit/b0e748ddb28ebb436e8e789c53581c39ab1be75b.

We will create a PCB v1.2c to address that particular issue.
