Increase CM4 hole size for SMT stand-off nuts #54

To better secure the CM4 we'd like to use SMT stand-offs. We found the following stand-offs: Sinhoo SMTSO2515CTJ. According to the datasheet they need a hole size of 4.22mm and minimal solder pad size of 6.2mm.
