Animation patching #19

Animation patching is required as there is only a handful of animations that need translation. rpgmaker-animations-editor is used to translate the animations. json-patch-diff is used to create a diff and patch the Animations.json file.

RPGMakerMV Animations Editor can generate some frames without any cells. Likely the issue. image
