Suggestion: hide NecroJobGauge overlay when buffs are hidden #2

Hello and thank you for your work. both of your plugins are a big help to me.

would you reckon it's possible to hide NecroJobGauge overlay when the game's Buffbar is hidden, same as BetterBuffsBar?

it would make it easier to interact with the game's own UI elements (Bank, Adventures tab etc). while the plugin is running.

This is planned it just needs some refactoring. I just need to find the time to rewrite the plugin to work more like BetterBuffsBar as BBB does a lot of things significantly better code-wise.

I did half-way assume that NecroJobGauge was the first attempt and thus perhaps a little less polished.
