Load data from Broadband Platform

SCEC broadband platform uses the following formats for input:

• SRC
• STL

and output is a velocity time series.

• BBP

We need to add features to read BBP results into the software.

Some highlights from Fabio Silva:

• BBP takes a station list and one (or multiple) SRC files. You can have multiple SRC files when running a multi-segment rupture, where each rupture segment will have its own SRC file.

• BBP will output velocity and acceleration time series for each of the stations. It will also create psa files, calculated for 63 periods for each station in the station list. These are the main output files. For some methods, the BBP will output a slip distribution representing the rupture.
