Mutation printing in PDB struct ref incorrect for mutations

Some strings of mutations (consistently the first), is dropping information about the mutation (ref aa, site number, mut aa)

• [x] Fix mutation printing for locations
• [x] Clarify/select correct columns for sequence in experiment and the appropriate reference, positions
• [x] Fix the species print
• [x] Remove extra printing of xlsx type
• [x] Verify that ref start, stop are correct for the sequence in an experiment that gives the same length relative to reference.
• [x] Determine if we can salvage gene name fetch from PDB, else drop from columns.
