Found an issue when attempting to annotate a structure reference with Uniprot, for some chases in SH2 atypical or PH first part/second part the uniprot shows up as SH2; atypical - causing errors when ';' separating the field to get name, start, stop.
Expected behavior
Avoid the ';' within a domain field name (need to replace ';' in domain names from Uniprot).
