Former code attempted to identify the correct node of Interpro domains in a uniprot sequence by using hierarchy etc. Later code ultimately used the fact that Interpro returns appear to prioritize the parent domain based on ordering in the list. We have not yet asked whether that is sufficient and we can remove additional layers of complexity at

Include specific tasks in the order they need to be done in. Include links to specific lines of code where the task should happen at.
[ ] Determine if hierarchy can be removed/replaced - likely only requires replacing the method for generating domain information from code.
