Add Jalview functions to find intersection of sets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Feature Request - Would like to create a report of overlapping features. Right now, this information is printed as a dual feature when two feature files are integrated. However, we want to produce a table of information where we can note if two features directly overlap.

Describe the solution you'd like An input to this takes a feature file of interest (feature of interest FOI) and the cross-feature to check, a reference feature (RF) as a feature file.
