What update are we talking about? I'm running Firefox 130.0.1 and everything works as it should.

im using firefox nightly 132.0a1, its showing transparent background in toolbar and navbar, and just the background of sidebar even when hidden.

If you want to use ShyFox on a day-to-day basis, then switch to the stable branch of Firefox.

Right now, ShyFox 4.0-alpha is being developed on Nightly with support for the new sidebar. If you want to experience the real nightly experience, you can try this out
