Update jquery 3.2.1 -> 3.6.0 #306

jquery 3.2.1 has some security vulnerabilities (e.g. CVE-2020-11022)

I haven't tested anything nor do I have any understanding of nagvis, but perhaps this is more helpful than just an issue?

I was able to solve this by simply dropping the dependency on select2 and jquery.
