Making the navbar Sticky and put some effects in the branches in CEC section

Hello @NageshMandal I want to add some transitional effects in the "branches in CEC " section such that ,one when hover above the image will get an external link icon. When that icon will be clicked he will get all the information. I will also make the navbar sticky. Please assign this issue to me.
