Navbar is not responsive

Hi @NageshMandal, I noticed the issue "Navbar is not responsive" (#92) in the project and I would like to contribute to its resolution as part of my participation in GSSOC'23.

Problem: The current navbar implementation lacks responsiveness, resulting in suboptimal user experience across different devices and screen sizes. This issue hinders smooth navigation and usability.

Features: To address this problem, I propose the following approach:

Media Queries: Implement responsive behavior using CSS media queries. This will allow us to define specific styles for different breakpoints, ensuring that the navbar adapts and displays properly on mobile, tablet, and laptop views.

Flexbox or Grid Layout: Utilize CSS Flexbox or Grid layout to create a flexible and adaptive navbar structure. This will enable proper alignment and distribution of navbar elements, regardless of screen size.

Mobile-First Approach: Follow a mobile-first approach to design the navbar. Start with a clean and efficient layout for mobile devices, then progressively enhance it for larger screens. This approach ensures a seamless experience for users on smaller devices and allows for graceful degradation on larger screens.

Additional Information: I have prior experience working on similar responsive design tasks, and I am confident in my ability to enhance the responsiveness of the navbar across various devices. Assigning this task to me would enable me to contribute my skills and expertise to the project.
