In the individual subject notes section, the topmost navigation bar is not properly set up, and has just the menu options stacked linearly. I'd design a proper nav bar for these pages, which would have the overall design and implementation aligned as per the rest of the website.
Please assign to me this enhancement under GSSOC 23.
