Delete scheduled downtime on a hostgroup/servicegroup level #279

While scheduling downtime can be performed on a hostgroup/servicegroup level, there is currently not a way to delete downtime in a similar way.

Requested by ozzzo via IRC.

Ideally this feature would perform similarly to the commands documented here: http://old.nagios.org/developerinfo/externalcommands/commandlist.php?category_id=6&version_id=0&btnSubmit=Update
