macOS 12.3.1 (Monterey) - Unable to start services "passive" & "listener"

Hi,

the following services "com.nagios.ncpa.listener" and "com.nagios.ncpa.passive" cannot be started.

Command: sudo launchctl list

I have already tried the following:

• sudo launchctl stop com.nagios.ncpa.passive
• sudo launchctl stop com.nagios.ncpa.listener
• sudo launchctl start com.nagios.ncpa.passive
• sudo launchctl start com.nagios.ncpa.listener

No success.

Could be that the reason?

Note: I cant change the permission of the folder /usr/local/ncpa/Library/Mail

Is anyone facing a similar issue like me?

Due of the missing services .... the WebGUI isnt working (https://localhost:5693)

Found the issue ... with macOS 12.3 python 2.x got removed from the OS. Source: https://www.alfredapp.com/help/kb/python-2-monterey/ After re-installing it via PKG "https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-2718/" it is working fine again.
