Windows agent executables missing metadata (version, etc.) on 2.4.1 #950

After upgrading from 2.4.0 to 2.4.1 it looks like file metadata that was previously available on "ncpa_passive.exe" and "ncpa_listener.exe" is missing.

This file versioning is useful for determining if clients need to be upgraded.

I understand that the file metadata is missing from the 2.4.1 version of the software. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Since we are focusing our efforts on the new 3.0.0 beta, we are currently only performing security fixes on 2.4.1 for the time being. While this may be frustrating, I have confirmed that the 3.0.0 version does have the proper metadata.
