Add bat/batcat check #12

Add a check to see if bat or batcat is installed, else uses cat.

Nice, I didn't know that bat can be called batcat. Thanks! But I'm not sure what is the myncdump file for. Maybe it jumped in by mistake?

Yes, its batcat on ubuntu, so I was a bit stumped for a moment when the preview was not formatted, before I realised that is was only bat in the code.

The myncdumpwas a mistake, I did not realise it would be part of the pull request when it was committed at a later stage. It's there just for my own conveniene in my local version, since I deal a lot with .nc files, but this is such a narrow file format that I think it is not much sense including it :)
