Page preview is broken #1

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Deploy container
  2. Install using the intermediate template
  3. Attempt to preview changes to any page

Previews are being redirected to https://_/page, indicating that somehow ProcessWire is using Nginx's server_name directive instead of its own config for URLs.

Additional info: I have only been able to test this going through another Nginx proxy, I'm unsure if this error happens when directly accessing ProcessWire. Needs testing.
