Install on Caddy Server #100

Added a CaddyFile (caddy configuration file) and updated README with the configuration of mellivora to caddy server. I have verified that it works. You can see it here: http://ctf.garciabaameiro.com/

Nice! Maybe you could move this to a subdirectory of install/? Like install/caddy/README.md + install/caddy/CaddyFile?
