Currently the "challenge reveal on solve" feature only allows that to occur once, so when one team solves the challenge is is unlocked for all teams. A better option would be for challenge dependencies on a per team basis. If team 1 completes challenge 1, challenge 2 unlocks but only for team 1. Team 2 has to complete challenge 1 still before seeing challenge 2.
