Number of collected URL's found equals zero - still! #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply Logging In and checking status

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to see more than zero URLs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ASP .Net 2.0, 3.0 and static HTML

Please provide any additional information below.
Program installed find, rebooted IIS fine, logged into admin panel fine, 
checked the URL filters, yet it still shows "Running" and 0 URL's found.
Websites are up and running and can be accessed.
