Findbattle team spinner + export fixes + teambuilder tier changes #47

Fixed conflicts
Teambuidler now uses the tier list provided by ps servers (exculding all random formats), otherwise no tiers shows up
Fixed PokemonTeamArrayAdapter to actually use the array passed in parameter
added random teams for random formats in FindBattleFragment
Fixed HP evs and ivs not being imported
