Application updater #81

First commit of the application update:

Requires WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission
When the app starts, a background task checks for "version.txt" on a server
If found, it compares the version with the application own version (MyApplication.VERSION)
If the server version is higher, it opens a dialog for the user prompting him to update
