This issue contain observations about packet inspection, which was created by 802.11p running on GNU Radio. Experiment Results are contain [1]. Packet was captured using WireShark.

Observations

Our inserted msg is appeared in LLC block. Upto LLC (excluding) has properly encoded.
Our Multi-Channel operation layer need to put its data (MSDU), instead of msg part.
