Added a HealthTips folder in components. A webpage which can be accessed through dropdown->Health Tips.

I would suggest let's have a single file for this change. I mean combine style.jsx and healthtips.jsx. Also please remove the background image.

On hovering the dropdown option in the navbar the cursor should turn into a pointer. Like it's on other options of the navbar.
