Can DDOS be used against web pages outside the LAN? Can it be used against local IPS? Give me examples pls, is it also possible against web pages? Give me examples pls

It is used to carry out website attacks bypass Anti-DDoS measures such as Cloudflare,DDoS Guard,AVB,...As for whether it works against public IPS or not, I'm not sure, because I just edited the Tool.
