Finalize Decision on Premise #4

To begin the design process, we should pick the simple premise for the game. While we have discussed some ideas in meetings, we have yet to make a final decision. All members of the team should make sure they are on board with the idea.

To be honest, we'll probably just finish this next meeting. But everyone should be thinking about it in the meantime.

We have all agreed to doing space planet thing with snarky space crew people that are also there. Details pending.
