Update readme to reference latest version #12

I was getting BitSet vs BitVector runtime errors and was going to fork and update this myself when I noticed version 0.3.0 from following the readme is old and the problem has already been addressed.

Having readme on latest version will likely help people new to this like me.

Thanks. Although, please note that I'm working on a next iteration of this software on the develop branch. It is based on other techs, should be more stable and provide more features. Because of this, I'm not planning any support to this one.
