Disabling 2FA from a user via StaffCP #3529

Describe the Feature

An admin can deactivate the 2-way authentication of a user if a user deletes his entry in the app or the entire app. To do this so far, I have gone through the database to set the entry to 0. (I think that's how it was :D)
