Ref Issue: #2

  1. Fix education header to match formatting of the rest of the section headings
  2. Fix formatting for dates when months are not provided
  3. Add max summary length constant to avoid long paragraph at top of resume. Default 500
  4. If source description contains bullets and newlines, handle by formatting into unordered list #
