Zigbee thermostat plug 4512749 - stops responding

I am experiencing problems with the namron zigbee plug thermostat (4512749). It works for a about 30 minuttes after being plugged in (restarted), then it stops reporting power usage and temperature. I get the error message "network request failed" when I try to change settings and it doesn't respond to Ping from dev tools. I have exactly the same problem with two thermostat plugs.
