4512744/45 - Namron Z-Wave Touch Termostat - Operating state not updating #222

Reported from customer: Constantly experiencing that Namron thermostats do not send correct values on [17-66-0-state] Operating state. See the attached screenshot where you can see that the thermostat is above the given setpoint but continues to report "heating"; it should instead be reporting the status "idle". If you check the physical thermostat, it shows that it is disconnected.

Firmware is the latest available FW: v1.29.0 SDK: v6.82.0 Controller is Aeotec Gen7: FW: v7.20.2 SDK: v7.20.2 There are no reported lost packets or communication problems with the nodes. This happens randomly across all thermostats where all are on the latest firmware, regardless of location and proximity to the controller

I can add to this, that this is also observerd on latest firmware from Namron: FW: v1.31.0 SDK: v6.82.0

To add to this while doing a build, it would be beneficial to support binary/basic on/off on associations group to support other HVAC products like Heatit Z-water.

I'll ask our AQ department to test this issue.

We have tested for a week and have not encountered the same issue. We will continue testing to reproduce the problem.

Could you please let us know the production date on the product? We would like to check which batch it belongs to.
