The data generator (with some new features) will be made available soon after the NeurIPS2021 deadline. Thanks for your interest.

Hi thank you for being interested in the data generator, the authors are negotiating and planning on releasing the generation code in March. Thank you again for your patience.

Hi, thank you for your patience. We have now made the initial release of the data generator. Please check our new repo CLROC---more details and instructions are to come in the next few days.
