Update to Nancy version 2.0.0-pre1903

@khellang can you look at this PR? Myget does not have this package. Can you combine this PR, change CI and build this package?

@thecodejunkie Have you watched my PR? 1) I migrated the Nancy package library instead of a direct link 2) I fixed the build scripts

these are the same problems as this PR in Nancy https://github.com/NancyFx/Nancy/pull/2861

this package is missing from nancy myget feed now.

why do you think that this will not solve the problem?
