Some images time out at rule34.palheal.net #114

When i tried to download this image the connection just timed out and didnt download them and when i tried to use the link it didnt worked, is there a way to fix this or a workaround way? i tried greasemonkey but couldn't get the script to work on paheal.

these were xml except the log missing files elphelt.txt

Actually rule34.palheal.net is only the server for the pages. The files are distributed over several data servers such as rule34-data-001.paheal.net, rule34-data-002.paheal.net, etc. Sometimes one of these servers goes down, changes IP, data is moved to another server, and things take time to be solved: DNS refresh, internal DB rebuilding, whatever. Nothing to do with DanbooruDownloader and nothing you can actually do except be patient and try later or next day.

You can check availability of the data servers by issuing a simple ping (in a command console, or through an online service). That will also show you that each data server has a different IP, e.g.: rule34-data-001.paheal.net has IP 83.149.126.30 rule34-data-002.paheal.net has IP 46.165.197.34

JMM72 THANK YOU VERY MUCH! thanks for the information, i just used the replace function on the notepad, changed all the urls to a server that was online a managed to get the files.
