userinfo command #7

syntax: y!userinfo <id> gives all the information from the stored user object (color, flags, id, sessionID, nickname)

how about we also add a command to show the users? maybe group users based on id?

change that to sessionID

wait how about we allow both, and just tell the user there are multiple users and show their names and IDs
